What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within *10 days of delivery*.
Due to strict hygiene standards, panties and undergarments are *final sale* and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, tried on, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if the product is *unopened, unworn, in its original sealed packaging, and all tags and hygiene liners remain intact*.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
