We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, a listing or pricing error occurred, or we have a reasonable basis to suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. To the extent permitted by law, Joseph Rufina and Lingerie Rolls Rufina Inc. are not liable for losses beyond the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
