Return & Refund Policy

At Joseph Rufina, your satisfaction matters to us.

Because our products are intimate apparel, underwear is non-returnable once opened, tried on, or worn for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Returns may be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened

Unworn

Unwashed

In their original packaging

With all original tags attached

In resalable condition

Items that have been opened, tried on, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use cannot be returned or refunded.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@josephrufina.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
