Return & Refund Policy

At Joseph Rufina, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

For eligible items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify under our voluntary return policy, items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, with all original tags attached, and in resalable condition.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@josephrufina.com with your order number and, if available, photos. The 14-day return period and the conditions above do not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a return, contact us at hello@josephrufina.com before sending anything back. We will provide instructions for the return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for eligible voluntary returns. If the return concerns a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any refund due under this policy will be issued to the original method of payment within a few business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

This policy applies to purchases made through josephrufina.com and does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
