Due to strict hygiene and health considerations, panties, underwear, intimate apparel, and related products are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may only be considered for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly.

Any approved return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery and may require photographic evidence.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, use, alteration, damage, missing tags, or removed hygiene protection may not be eligible for return or exchange.
